good morning, everyone. meet elle again today with perfect homes'youtube channel. today i am at peak gardens condominium. the location - you can walk for 5 minutesfrom night bazaar and it's about 10 minutes to the old town. so i can tell you guys, it's the best location. the pool is right behind me and the fitnessarea is over there. today i'm going to show you guys a one-bedroomand about 50 sq. m. with a fair price. let's check the room together.

now we're in the room. you can see behind me, it's very green. look at the sky, see how blue it is! it's so lovely here. behind me, there's trees all around. it feels like we're in a village but you canalso see the big building behind. so lovely. here we have a couch which is very comfortable. you can enjoy your big tv and feel fresh inthis cozy room.

it makes me feel like i'm home. i hope you're ready for the bedroom. you'll see. come and see the big bedroom! here's the master bedroom. behind me i'm proud to present the huge wardrobe. if you have kids, they can play hide and seekin the wardrobe. i mean, like... we have two wardrobes here.

we also have an ac. in this unit we have two aircons, so it'scold. i'm in the bathroom now. we have a bathtub, shower rain, toilet, a sink, a big mirror, and jack and jill door. we have two doors, access to the bedroom andliving room. next is i have a wardrobe for you guys, too. here we have the kitchen. you can see the lovely dining table for fourpeople,

and it's already set with nice decorations for the kitchen. and for anybody who feels tired and womenwho like to cook, we provide this big refrigerator and freezer! it's big, really. and we have the sink. in this room we have a two-burner and hoodfor when you're cooking, and access to the balcony, as well. i'll show you the balcony.
